We’re pleased to announce our new ATS knowledgebase! Over the years we have accumulated extensive knowledge about the functionality of our products. We have also invested thousands of hours supporting our customers with the information they need to understand and utilize our products. In the past we would provide individual support documentation via email only to be lost or forgotten about. After our incredible support and engineering team merged all this information into one centralized location it is now easily accessible to our customers at their convenience.
With customer feedback during our beta state, we continued to enhance and update the articles to improve the functionality. We have also launched a video library with demonstration videos to help visually explain how our products work.
Some of the newer features include easier search functionality with related articles listed at the bottom of each page. In addition, you can also upvote and downvote if you found the article helpful or not so we can continue to improve our platform!
As part of the new ATS knowledgebase, we’ve incorporated a new ticketing system to better track support tickets from our customers. This allows us to better serve our customers in a timely manner, keep track of responses and attached documents.
